I don’t know how his “resignation” is going to play out. Seems to me resigning as the “congressman elect” would mean he’s out. Had he resigned, then won re-election, maybe not, but I can’t see how he’s got a leg to stand on wrt the 119th Congress.
Of course, MAGA doesn’t play by the rules.
The good news is that if they do seat him, they’ve lost any semblance of a rationalization for not releasing the ethics report.
