Being as today is #TransgenderDayOfRememberance we shall take a moment to renew our vow to never forget those of our siblings that have died while fighting for our right to be ourselves! This war against transphobia/hatred will not be won in a day, but we WILL win this war! Hatred and bigotry shall never win! We will make sure our siblings' sacrifices were not in vain! Their deaths shall empower us, for that is what they would want! For us to use their sacrifices to embolden us to fight on! So let's mourn, but also use their deaths as a way to gain strength for the battles we have ahead!
Also their deaths are a reminder of why we #Transgender people NEED our allies to stand with us now more than ever before. If you call yourself an ally then you have an obligation to stand and fight with us. We can never hope to win this war if you aren't willing to fight alongside us!
Never give in, never forget, and ultimately NEVER SURRENDER to bigots and to hatred! We shall always be the shinning beacon of love, tolerance, acceptance, kindness, and positivity in this world!
