Kamal user to review a short section of Sustainable Rails?

Hi, I’m updating https://sustainable-rails.com for Rails 8 and I want to include a section about Kamal. I haven’t used it, nor am I able to ATM, but I wanted to provide a very brief “here are things to consider about it vs using a PAAS”.
