AndresI might've ordered another UnitPackPower battery from aliexpress for my ebike, as I'm expecting Trump tariffs to fuck up the ebike battery market...
I sold the Luna Wolf 52V battery some time ago to a very happy person, so I was able to at least standardize on 48V batteries. But with this purchase, I'll be able to standardize on the same form factor (Hailong G56/Hailong-1 size, which is only 90mm tall) and base. Having two batteries that I can swap among three cargo bikes will be really nice. And then I can either sell or keep the Hailong G70 battery as a backup (just swap the base, everything's using XT90 connectors). #BikeNerdStuff
(they were very happy because theirs died after a number of years, and since the batteries are no longer available they were worried they'd have to figure out a new mounting system and probably motor.. but instead they were able to plug in the same battery and get many more years out of the system.)
