It always weirds me out there’s cheese marketed as just “tasty cheese” in Australia, instead of by variety. Is the rest of the cheese not tasty

@misty have you tried it? I can't think of another cheese which you bite into and say "oh, yeah, that *is* tasty", though that might be a priming effect
@misty I wonder something similar when I read about Swiss cheese on US menues, living in Switzerland with probably at least a dozen varieties in your average supermarket alone.
