Also got to witness a really close pass of a highly visible #BikeTO cyclist who then caught up to the driver and rightly berated him. TTC operator: "He shouldn't have blinking blue light on his bike. That's illegal"
That close pass would have been avoided if the cyclist had positioned over the sharrows which are in the middle of the lane. Few cyclists do.
