Eeeeee! I don't always know when I have an impact′, but apparently I did at the Dallas passport agency. I went there to get what they call an emergency passport. That's one for travel in 14 days or less. And I showed them my signature guide. I explained that they help visually impaired folks sign on the line and shows us how long the signature should be. Ten months later, Greg, my friend who works for the passport center in Phoenix, went to that same agency to get a passport for his son. They now have signature guides. And the guy goes, this lady was in here in January. She showed them to me, and we ordered a bunch of them. Greg goes, oh yeah? I sent her to you. I'm gonna call her and let her know. When he told me that, I just squealed with excitement.
@singingnala that sounds like May and I with one of our local T-Mobile stores apparently we are talked about from time to time in a good way of course. the latest is because of both of us having the ray-ban meta glasses. t-mobile carries them now, well you can order them from our store, but they don't have them in stock, but we have each went in there with them, and shown them off, and the last time may went in there she found out we were talked about because of them.
@singingnala There seems to be a lot of Eeeeeee! Going around this week, and I'm all here for it.

@singingnala this happens so rarely so this is amazing to see.

If only more people could see such things and just say "Hi boss, I saw this cool access tool, can we deploy some?" and have places do it!

@singingnala

That's excellent. Making progress for others.

@singingnala @rabcyr that’s awesome! Good for you!
