#Bannon is out on pre-trial release for his Dec. 9 trial on charges he defrauded Trump supporters to fund a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. This is what he said today.

"So the one thing I have to say to Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Jack Smith, Tish James, Alvin Bragg, you wait.
The hunted are about to become the hunters."

The prosecutors should determine if he is violating ANY of his pre-trial conditions. #Bannon & #Trump aren't in charge of the #DOJ -- yet.

Stevie Three Shirts isn't in charge of the DOJ, yet.
He's BEGGING to be held in contempt for violating his pre-trial conditions.
The DOJ will be very careful too not look like they are prosecuting Democrats political opponents.

However, if he DOES break the law, there should be consequences!

Give #Bannon a warning. He'll double down! Get him on the record for his intent. Then, when the prosecutors' family get death threats, link them to directly Bannon! Charge him! Have some self respect DOJ!
