OK, I have learned that Days Gone is very Far Cry, in a Horizon Zero Dawn X The Last Of Us kind of way. And there's an upgradeable motorbike to get you from place to place. Zombie apocalypse Far Cry works for me!

I'm surprised there haven't been more open-world zombie apocalypse games in this format. Especially when somebody seems to think twenty seven seasons of The Walking Dead is a good investment
Brad Vrolijk 💬@stroughtonsmith How are you finding it? I recall pretty negative reception upon release, but I feel like I've seen more people over the last year or so playing it and thinking it's genuinely pretty good?
@buffaloseven it could be that the PC release opened it up to a whole new set of fans, who got to experience it at higher resolutions and framerates. Most of my playthrough so far has been spent thinking 'wow why did I never play this before’
