Why do the Nazis get to keep stealing other people’s symbols? Don’t they already have enough d*$% symbols?
Before today, I only knew the blue heart as a symbol for
1) some element in the LBGTQ+ identities that seemed ambiguous to me (possibly deliberately ambiguous? possibly just different meanings to different communities?)
2) the last wild rivers in Europe and the groups in the Balkans that are trying to protect them.
