the gate of my building has been malfunctioning for 3+ years (loudly beeping for minutes to hours on end, opening the building randomly, just a complete nuisance). i've texted, called, and emailed my landlord. documented it. he basically stopped responding to me and has not attempted to fix it in over 2 years. it's not really an issue on the DBI website to file a complaint for. i just emailed my sups office. not sure what else i can do.

a landlords literal one responsibility is to maintain the building. i just needed to vent cause i am at my wits end during a very fucked up week.
