My county doesn't give “I Voted” stickers.

Yours too? Go to your local polling place, and while you're checking in to vote, you should think to yourself, "I should tell them I want stickers next time.”

Don't say it aloud, of course. The nice volunteer you're dealing with has been there since 5 AM, is selflessly serving our country, and can't do anything about stickers anyway. Your thought-protest has been counted.

And then VOTE FOR HARRIS LIKE YOUR COUNTRY DEPENDS ON IT, because IT DOES.

@marcoarment As an election judge, the best job in the place is handing out the stickers. Here it usually goes to high school students working for community service hours since you have to be registered to do anything official. Second best is handing the first ballot to a new voter, which I got to do lots in 2022. I had to sit out this time, I’m recovering from eye surgery and can’t do the 15 hour day of mostly clerical work chief judges do. Hopefully I’ll be back in ‘26.
