Doing a SVN -> Git import for a WordPress plugin. First revision was committed in March 2011.
This process might take a while....

We're in 2017 now.

I will write a complete blog post on how I did all of this, if/when things turned out to work. 😉

I just hope this process (which is running for 6+ hours now) does what it should do. Would be shame to do it again.

Hmm, this is not what I want. Decided to just move the plugin to Github without revision history from svn.
