We just got back from a couple of days away to find we have been burgled. Looking for recommendations for some (outside) CCTV which doesn't send anything to china. Happy to run something on my own servers but I have struggled to find a decent camera which works "privately"

@M0tfy I like Ubiquiti's stuff. The footage is stored locally but can still be accessed remotely. It's not perfect though, Ubiquiti still has access to your network.

@M0tfy Reolink stores videos on a SD card. No idea if they also send it to China.
