@GottaLaff All we gotta say is Rule 11, some lawyers got some splainin' to do!
Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides in practical terms that parties and their lawyers aren't allowed to talk out of both sides of their mouths: you can't take opposite legal positions in different federal courts, because every pleading is deemed certified by the party and lawyer who filed it
