Is their a service on the Fediverse where, an instance mod can filter out specific keywords. - Lemmings.world

Mastodon, being popular, has a feature with filter blocking. But no such feature for the mods them selves. Is/should their be an option where moderators can auto block potentially offensive words used in uses posts, on their local timeline or beyond?
