Their leadership is all abusive right wing hierarchical assholes and all they actually do is profit off of an image that they fight for abortion rights and such, when in reality they’ve never wom a court case and have been time and time again completely incompetent in their litigations. Theres a huge community of grassroots actually leftist satanists and after being deprogrammed from TST they all try to come out about the abuses they suffered at the hands of TST leadership only to be sued into silence. There’s a ton of info about this, but a good place to start for those curious is the group Queer Satanic.

News story #3 is actually kind of crazy to me. The only possible explanation for someone filling that lawsuit is if they don’t believe in their own tenets. The suit has no grounds and is meant to suppress criticism.
It pretty clearly is a direct contradiction with tenet 4 (respecting freedoms of others, especially the freedom to offend) I might expect hypocrisy like this from other religious groups, but for TST, the tenets are a fundamental part of their movement.
