@richi Stuff like this convinces me there are legitimate concerns for social media (and TikTok in particular) as far as national security... Dial up the instances of hashtag "moneyglitch," sewing the seeds of chaos, and watch as ordinary citizens put a strain on your competitor's financial system. Not sure how you would go about proving that theory, but we watched as the US weaponized Apple and Google Pay against the Russians when war broke out. It's not an absurd thought.
