I haven't been keeping up in more recent years, so I just found out that one of my favorite podcasts ended a few weeks back.  Apparently Oh No, Ross and Carrie! did their farewell episode on the 13th. I guess it was for mental health reasons which, like, heck yeah you take care of that mental health

But still. Maybe it's because I'm starting to get sick and therefore kinda emotional, but it's big sad.  With the show going for 13 years it's weird to not have it as a constant in my life anymore.

Thank you @shydog for showing it to me heckin' forever ago.  It has brought me lots of joy over the years.

@Rusty @shydog omg, I didn't notice! they were one of the very very first podcasts I started listening to, and I just listened to their chiropractic investigation a few weeks ago! I'm gkad they're quitting before it affects them too much, but omg

@Lildeer Yeah  I went in yesterday while I was driving to listen to their chiropractic investigation that I'd been putting off listening to and I saw the farewell episode.

I really really hope Ross and Carrie the best  They both have some future projects they're working on so I'm really looking forward to that.

@Rusty yeah, they are bound for great things 🩷

It was thanks to their podcast that I learned how to be okay just like...going to a thing and checking out the vibes, and doing my own investigations.

Thanks to them, I've chatted about movies in a golden pyramid owned by a cult, joined a secret society as an excuse to get a volunteer opportunity calendar and really ignited my passion for comparative religion and learning about niche subcultures. I wanna give them both the highest of fives some day
