Now #Trump is seeking to extend filing deadlines that were previously court-ordered, incl asking if he can file his reply and sur-reply to Special Counsel #JackSmith’s immunity determinations motion as late as December.

Trump’s counsel argues that they were adversely impacted by Hurricane Milton and need more time.
