this has to stop
@lunacb I refuse to use Floating Window manager, respectfully. Thx
@lunacb tiling will continue until morale improves!

p.s. also, for those readers who barely understand this is humour: tiling can be user- and mouse-friedly with all the keymapping very optional; try kde plasma's krohnkite plugin for example.
@tivasyk @lunacb a rise where the only way to do something is keyboard shortcut is a bad rise. i even configured my hyprland that i can use my ps4 gamepad to do any task with ease! (with antimicrox) (except typing in texts). so i can lay in my sofa opening windows and moving them around workspaces and screens, resizing fullscreening and flaotinging. pretty useful when i want to watch some series or check my social media and youtube in a laying position
@lunacb what do you have against keybindings?!? i, keybindings georg, think keybindings are a completely reasonable way to do everything from launch applications to order a pizza
@nonbinarycoder I bound my flipphone buttons to input a code that routes an audio call to any location and used it to order a pizza, it was pretty cool
@lunacb Oh wow! that was a joke i didn't think anyone would do that but it's super cool!
@nonbinarycoder that was a joke I was saying my flipphone buttons are used to dial a phone number
@lunacb I think the real problem is that the only good wayland tiling wm is made by 4chan people
@lunacb @GNUxeava Only 96? sad-emacs.jpg

Though fullscreen doesn't do so good at splitting. On a similar note, why are there basically no keyboard-driven stacking window managers?
I'm gonna be honest I just do it because I can't be assed to manually manage my windows or use my mouse
@rosie yeah, a mouse is really awkward for basically everything, especially when it receives very heavy use. its only redeeming quality is that it allows you to think/interact visually
