I was in high school and have recordings of every Jazz performance, marching band field show, and concert band festival cause CD-Rs. It let small local indie bands promote themselves. I have cases full of CD Rs that still work fine, but drives full of TBs of data I can’t access anymore, but hold onto in hopes data recovery gets cheaper.
