#BREAKING: In a win for voters, the #PennsylvaniaSupremeCourt rules counties must count #ProvisionalBallots cast by #voters whose #MailInBallots were rejected for missing an inner secrecy envelope. The #RNC wanted to disenfranchise these voters.
