1. There is no supernatural
2. Aspects of religion are "bad", bad is bad
3. Three is a human brain attraction to old, established, even when it is not good
4. Religion are stories and NEW stories can come along. From anywhere, from anyone. Even anonymous storytellers.
5. "Make America Great Again" by serving Russia / Putin? Exactly "what" is good & bad here. We are ignoring QAnon
6. People wave around the USA flag, and have no concept of Russia "capturing the flag" as a symbol. Symbolic capture of an idea / minds. Flag waving in blind obedience when an enemy has captured a flag is a very bad idea. Bad is bad.
7. People wave around the USA constitution with no concern for reading comprehension, interpretation. Quran readers have Shia vs. Sunni interpretations that fight. Bible readers have Catholic vs. Protestant interpretations that fight. That's the MAJORITY of readers
8. Expanding on 7 above. There are MINOR interpretations of the Quran: Sufi. Metaphorical cross-translating interpretation of stories. Of The Bible, there is Gnostic. But these are a SMALL number of people.
9. Being a non-believer is confusion. As I said in the 1 above, there is no supernatural. Do you "believe" in Shakespeare's Hamlet? The Bible, Quran, Upanishads stories are not "magic" story books other than their POPULARITY. Democracy has a component of POPULAR, counting votes. Rituals too
My concern is that people desire + seek out bad.
Russia's Putin is bad. Almost all the values that the Kremlin holds + acts upon are badness.
It isn't about "good vs. evil", it's about "good choices, bad choices".
Killing people because you hate them is bad. Hate itself is bad. War is bad. Starving people or putting them into prison because you hate them is bad. Selling poison and labeling it as "sweet apple juice" is bad. Serving diseased meat & putting a label on it that says "fresh", bad.
Russia's Putin while still alive can change his mind. People can consistently choose bad and share bad ideas but then later change their mind. Education, teaching, learning, understanding - can all change.
Popularity, spectacle, excitement, "high energy": A lot of people want to bring change about by violence, war, terrorism. This is bad.
Too slow, taking too long to teach and understand things - can be tricky. Deliberately going slow, or even using speed alone to justify a method, is complex.
Russia's Putin has declared war on all the world. It is a war you might consider "for the soul of man" or for the "subconscious of the human brain", or for "the spirit of the crowds". #ReligionVsReligion
