Important lessons from Final Fantasy Tactics:

- The power of the state is based in violence.

- Never trust anyone with power; their first goal is almost always to keep it.

- The best thing you can do with privilege is use it to attack privilege.

- Corruption loves to hide behind religion.

@LeviKornelsen And this is why I consider Fell Seal a disappointment as a spiritual successor to FFT. It has all the class tree min-maxing fun of FFT, but its plot is much more of a by-the-numbers JRPG affair. It's not *nearly* political enough.
