Israel and the West are loosing on the ground in Northen Gaza. Just one hour ago Israeli media confirmed the death of Colonel Ehsan Daqsa, the highest ranking IOF officer killed by the resistance to the genocide to date.
Col Daqsa was documented commanding units committing war crimes in Northern Gaza for the last four months.
The Al Qassams Brigade has revealed that Col. Daqsa was killed using a US supplied 500lb bomb that failed to explode when dropped on civilians.
A recently released bit of combat footage from Al Qassam that shows resistance fighters recovering an unexploded American made 500lb bomb that was dropped on civilian homes and converting it into an anti-tank mine.
It's unclear if this is the exact strike involving the IOFs highest ranking officer.
Hamas has released additional combat footage from the Jabalia Camp area showing significant resistance operations this week.
While it is very true that Israel is commiting a genocide in Palestine (and now Lebanon as well), it's hard to believe the IOF would be able to have gotten this far without the insane amount of US made bombs they got for free.
@nullagent What really reminds me of the movies is that doomed tank passing so close, its crew never knowing fighters are just yards away in the building they only THINK their bombs put out of useful service.
As we saw in Stalingrad, bombed-out buildings with rubble piles on lower floors are in fact excellent cover against artillery and even further bombing. The bombs the Germans dropped on Stalingrad had real trouble knocking down walls of heavy construction (e.g factories) once the roof was gone and no longer able to hold pressure and reflect blast waves back down.
Beyond cover, they also provide near-absolute concealment, especially when connected by "mouse-holes" or by tunnels. When the only thing your enemy ever sees is muzzle flashes and their own wounded and dead, it gets SERIOUSLY intimidating. Not even the US itself can win in that enviroment, their Israeli puppet state sure as hell cannot.
