Canada's #ForeignInterference 🧵 /1

Given we now know that in addition to his many other failings (professional and otherwise) #JordanPeterson also betrayed his country for money from Russia, the image needed an update. #RussianStooge should be understood as synonymous with "traitor"

(And for the record: #DanielleSmith's 'Useful Idiot' label should be understood as the "at best" scenario. Who knows what further investigation will reveal? Ditto for convicted fraudster #ConradBlack)

It would be interesting to find out if there any Premiers on the #ForeignInterference traitors list, don't you think?

Jordan Peterson Explains Why He Filled Home With Soviet Propaganda Art

The Canadian psychologist was speaking about his vast collection on "The Glenn Beck Program."

@TheGentYYC
I would never think I would say something positive about Peterson.

Certain Soviet propaganda art is fascinating. A number of years back, there was an exhibition in a museum in Oxford, and I was surprised I could read some of the posters. They were done to win over Turkic people in 1920s, and had typical regular propaganda in a couple of Turkish dialects.

Artwork were also fascinating, a different storytelling technique from a century back.

@hittitezombie @TheGentYYC Constructivism. Amazing stuff. Within a decade many of the artists who led this and other art movements supportive of the October 1917 revolution were exiled or otherwise silenced. As artists and intellectuals we overestimate our utility. The political class is all about assessing and deploying short term utility for the sake of power.
