im always so frustrated with how people complain about twitter but then refuse to leave (not including artists who make a living from their audience there), but every time something big happens they pretend to "migrate" somewhere else but then just go back to twitter in a few days. elon will keep doing whatever he wants i have no idea why they keep going back. people are particularly upset about the fact that twitter announced theyre using images for ai training, but wasnt that already obvious anyways? its similar to how instagram said it would use images for ai training, people "moved" to cara, and then just went right back to instagram. if we dont actually leave these shitty platforms theyll keep doing whatever they want. i wish people would at least try fedi, its so much better for everyone, but im just talking to a brick wall
