Well the fact that (2+2=4) has been extensively proven doesn’t mean that much. 5 could be an equally valid result in some circumstances we just do not know yet.
Most of all, people believing in this not-disproven possibility of 5 must not be canceled in the name of the 4-wokeness of you all.
Also, science has been often wrong. What if this is just another case? Only God is trustworthy and He never said anything about 4 or 5.
