guys why are most open source software names kinda dumb? like the name doesn't have the same ring to it as their commercial software counterparts

@allinone0 YES, for instance if someone hears the name crossover, they generally have an idea of what it does. without background knowledge, how would anyone know what WINE is or why it is called WINE?
