Syulang#HemaMaps cloud maps down for months, knocking out digital map and navigation systems on all Hema GPS devices. It appears the system cannot be restored and is de-facto (though not yet officially) permanently broken. These are pretty much the definitive vehicle maps for remote and regional Australia.
#Thuraya satellite phones down since April. The constellation has unrecoverably failed, and is every Thuraya phone in Australia, Oceania, East and South East Asia is effectively bricked forever. Thuraya officially cut service to half the world, permanently.
