@cabel Loved everything about this. It hit close to home - my grandfather was a senior design leader at WED from 1953 until the opening of Tokyo Disney. Very similar work and sensibility to Wes. I wonder if they crossed paths or if my granddad had any stories about him. Grandpa died in 2011 so unfortunately I won’t be able to ask. I often wonder what he thought about building something greater than him that will live on beyond his lifetime, if he cared or if he just did the work.
