Die Diskussion hier dreht sich eher darum wofür der deutsche Kaberetist Max Uthoff steht.
Im verlinkten Artikel wurde ihn zu viel unreflektierte Russlandnähe, und von @helgenug Putinpropaganda nachgesagt.
Ich persönlich habe dazu noch keine abgeschlossene Meinung. Der Vorwurf ist für mich neu, und bisher hab ich Uthoff für einen der besten politischen Kabarettisten Deutschlands gehalten.

In short: 1st of all there is no "state media" in Germany in the sense of for example KCNA or rossija1. There are multiple public broadcasts (similiar to the BBC).
Apart from that you need to keep in mind: The freedom of speech is a thing kept very high and dear in Germany, which - don't get me wrong - is basically a good thing, but it sometimes and recently more and more often leads to situations, in which lies or untruths told uknowingly or omitted contextualization or recitations torting the meaning are considered legit articulations of opinions. Situations, in which the line between opinions and untruths is blurred and interviewers are shrinking back from confronting their interviewpartners and editors are shrinking back from editing, because they fear someone might feel beeing cut in his or her freedom of speech.
Plus: 2019 Germany still under Angela Merkel, who kept the country in a state of odd sedation, which also counted - for wide parts of the population (including me) - considering russia and Ukraine. Even though russia even at that time was at war with Ukraine, even though many especially historians for eastern Europe warned and warned, many Germans believed the stories of an (at least partially) staged or bought Maidan, a genocide comitted by Ukranians on ethnic russians, the Krym being russian for historic reasons and so on and so forth. Because hey, we kept buying russian gas, we even build a second pipeline through the baltic sea. Germany wouldn't do that, if russia really was that evil, would it?
