Hey @jon, what’s the most effective way to complain to Deutsche Bahn?
Spent past 9 hours on nightmare journey to Berlin & won’t make it further than Hannover tonight. Direct 15.59 train from A’dam was cancelled with no customer notification. Then sent from pillar to post, even involving cross-border replacement bus that turned up 30 mins late with all its knock-on consequences…
Any advice re. compensation? Lost hotel night Berlin & unplanned night in Hannover.
