It's friday and that means it's time for Marbula One. Today's qualification and tomorrow's race see us at the Aquamaring, home to the Oceanics. It's a fast track with sweeping s-curves and newly added spike moguls. Should make for interesting race weekend. My thoughts on qualifying will be in the first reply. Lesson of the day: as Greg Wood mentioned in the video it's the two consecutive right hand corners, 6 and 7, that will make or brake your lap. If you take too much speed into the first, the second will eat you alive and you're done.
Mallard had a decent qualifying session, ending up 5th, two places behind Red Eye. Which is not ideal for the championship race, but not disasterous either. We will see if it's good enough to make something happen tomorrow.
