Quick question… I just cloned my boot drive (Demeter) to its own partition (Persephone). I would like to change the desktop icon, but it won't let me; it just dings when I try to do the typical copy-paste… In fact, the 'paste' is grayed out completely? What am I doing wrong here?

@kraigschmidt It's an Apple thing, because the volume is read-only. You'd likely have to boot from the drive to change the icon (although it's *possible* changing the icon on the data volume would do it).

I didn’t do anything. It worked as normal a couple hours later. (?) [shrug]
