We are taking part in an action in Berlin on Saturday, 12 October in Görlitzer Park on the occasion of #WorldMentalHealthDay on 10 October - an important occasion for associations, initiatives like us and also @celiuskyta from #hostberlin to draw attention to the challenges faced by women and minority groups in particular.

🔴 What exactly is it about?
Many of us experience particular hurdles due to our gender identity and belonging to marginalised groups, which are reinforced by social and institutional structures. Just by looking at our topics like #nightviolence & #institutionalviolence, you know what we mean! These issues can no longer be ignored - it's time to create solutions that are accessible, fair and transparent for all.

🔴 Although it is estimated that 90 per cent of people need therapeutic help, the waiting lists in cities such as Berlin are alarmingly long. This must not be allowed to continue! That's why #hostberlin, together with musicians such as Ferat Kocak @der_neukoellner, @lenastoehrfaktor, Ruben Para Neira @rubimusik and various associations, is organising a demonstration on 12 October in Görlitzer Park to draw attention to the urgency of these issues.

We as a federal initiative and other affected people from different communities will share their stories and experiences. Music will ease the burden that many of us carry and send a message of hope.

This event also needs SUPPORT, because support is of great importance! Help fund this important campaign and continue the fight for mental health. Every donation, no matter how small, brings everyone one step closer to a fairer world.
