@DrMikeWatts it’s too late here and I’m too tired to read this tonight, but won’t Texas also have an issue providing enough water? I’ve not known Texas as a land of plentiful water resources.
@oden The article doesn't mention water but I expect it will also become an issue. As I understand it, though, the Texas power grid is separate from the rest of the US grid, so shortage of electricity is the most pressing concern.
