@molly0xfff That was great, thanks for sharing it
@molly0xfff
Thank you for the inspiring Talk. How would you takle the Experience of the Web coming from Monitor setup up To App focused Smartphone age? How would you Port the Finn of the Web To Smartphones? Browser usage only?
@molly0xfff Thanks, Molly. This talk is everything.
@molly0xfff Thank you, very hopeful!
@molly0xfff Excellent talk. Perfectly articulates so many feelings I have about the internet as it is today.
@molly0xfff โ€œPlay the computerโ€! This is such a cool way to think about it, like you play an instrument. Youโ€™re creating something with it, but itโ€™s also play.
@molly0xfff problem that even if you have means to do something on web against those multibillion dollar companies, web is still accessed by their devices and browsers, they still impose standards how you develop and what can you develop.
@molly0xfff That's a really awesome talk! Thank you for this! ๐Ÿ’š

@molly0xfff I love the idea of reviving the old spirit of the web. And that younger generations get what was great about it.

Just recently saw this video by a Gen-Z'er promoting the idea of making home-pages.

But we'll need new tech to help us connect and find each other ... the good old "web-rings" won't do it anymore.

Why YOU Should Make a Website!

@molly0xfff great talk, and made me realize how young you are! Your experience as a preteen discovering the Internet just by reading makes me go back to talk to my kids in English. They are 5 and 7, and I used to speak to them almost 100% in English until 4ya. The reason I stopped is complicated, but mostly: I'm not a native speaker. This will stretch my patience limit because everything will be slower for a great while, but I think it's worth it. I hope my kids discover the same web you did.
@molly0xfff that was an awesome and inspiring talk. Thanks for sharing and generally being awesome.

I like the talk! Thanks, @molly0xfff !

(And I sectretly hope sometime in the not so far future someone with your agenda would, as a no-brainer, publish such things via some sort of place noticeably different from Youtube.)

@dj3ei @molly0xfff Exactly what I was thinking: This talk should be embedded here with #Peertube or similar, not YT.
@molly0xfff Great talk! Yes, let's make the web fun again.
