Over There@IanMoore3000 do you have sensory issues with masks or a trauma association, or is it just that you don’t like wearing them so they would negatively impact your enjoyment of the event?
@oftencalledcathy I just don't like wearing them. And I go to events all the time that don't require them. If the public health advice was to wear masks at events I would do so, although I would also conclude that for many events staying at home would be a wiser course of action.

I’m the opposite to you as I avoid a lot of events and activities now cos it’s so awkward being the lone masker
As someone who needs to protect her health, Octocon would be ideal, but I’m not sure DD2 would like it
