Brendan Molloy@feld because Python for webdev is not a great idea, having done it years and years ago and now being a subject matter expert, do not use Python. ;)

@Jehops Node.js predominantly. It's a lot harder to fuck things up compared with Ruby or Python in my experience.
I think if I need something that performs significantly better I'd write something using Kotlin targeting a framework like Spark.
