I’m curious to see how Amazon’s grand experiment pans out. By forcing employees to move close to the office or lose their jobs and then requiring 5 days a week in the office, they’re back to the pre-pandemic workforce model.

Will having more hallway conversations instead of Zoom calls make up for more miserable employees and wasted time commuting? Only time will tell.

@carnage4life One thing I see RTO struggling with is that RTO is not enough. You also have end distributed teams, and ultimately cluster your domains by region. If you don’t, everyone is in the office on Zoom anyway
