DevKitsune 🦊 🏳️🌈@PJB what was the ryrujinx licence? If Nintendo only paid off the maintainer could some other major contributer who still has a recent copy of the source code cloned on their machine start a fork?
@PJB one of the devs listed on the website has a 5 month old fork of the project on his GitHub

No, it sounds like gdkchan deleted the organization of their own free will.
Emulation is legal. This would not have stood up in any court.
Not unless they could force the developers to be tried in Japan, where basically anyone suspected of a crime is immediately convicted.
Once again, it's is the fault of the developer who decided to shut down the project.
Fuck Nintendo. But also, fuck gdkchan. Ruining the work of many other developers and destroying the legal precedent that society has spent decades trying to create and maintain.
