@kvuzet Laptops, especially older ones, are such a pain to work on. I spent a couple of hours earlier this year working on my wife's ~2010 Dell -swapping out the spinning rust HDD for a SSD.

It required an almost complete disassembly to get at it. She's happy with the upgrade, though. It runs much faster now. (She's the hot girl; I'm just the geeky partner.)

Yep! This one required a complete disassembly to replace the keyboard. And after hours of work, the backlight on the keyboard is non functional so I gotta get back in there today to figure out why.
