Yeah, yeah. I know some folks may be over sea shanties, but I am not. If you like that kind of music, it might not be too late for you to catch the truly excellent @TheLongestJohns in concert. I just came back from the #Vancouver show and it was amazing.

Being at their show felt so nostalgic for me because I used to follow The Fenians around Orange County and the opening act for TLJ was an L.A.-based Irish lad named Colm McGuinness (who has composed music for #CriticalRole).

The Rickshaw Theatre itself reminded me of the night I saw The Pogues in concert on St. Patrick's Day in New York City; thusly, I was primed to shout and sing and dance in my rollator all night long. Sound quality was good if loud and their singing diction was clear enough to catch the poignancy of the lyrics in songs like "Bones in the Ocean."

Seriously, just go see @TheLongestJohns in concert already, okay?
