@linuxgnome It is difficult to comment without more information. For example: the amount, the ostensible purpose, was it given to the University generally, a specific college or department and so on.
IanMoore3000@bullivant @linuxgnome on the face of it I am surprised to hear that an organisation like the Conservative Party that is always desperate for money to use for campaigning is making donations to anything, let alone an organisation as rolling in cash as Oxford University. Was this donation reported anywhere publicly?

You get that saying 'The Conservative Party made a donation to Oxford University but I'm not telling you what it was' is a very odd look, right?

@linuxgnome @IanMoore3000 I've asked my daughter about this. She has never seen a university wide list. Her college publishes a list of donations every year. So was it your college or the university that got the donation.

@bullivant Well, it was given to the University as part of the general fundraising. The donors are listed by tranches of money, not specific amounts. I'm afraid that after retaining the specific pages for a few years, I cleared them out.
