Was reminded that I actually had one of these. A PDA. Personal Digital Assistant.

They were pretty terrible at being that as a paper calendar works better imo. Being a kind of precursor to smartphones, it lacked WIFI, had no sim card, no GPRS (pre 3G). It had a janky interface and used terrible proprietary software to sync content to PC.

Still, I played a NES emulator and read ebooks on it. RMA:d it twice, then got my money back the third time. Kinda garbage 😆

Bless the Swedish consumer rights already way back then.

It turned from a terrible purchase to at least a somewhat fun "toy" for as long as it lasted. Typing on it was horrendous usung the stylus, rarely recognizing inputs and requiring you to type and click really slow. Forget about any pressure sensitivity and you certainly couldn't use your fingers.

I doubt few of these have lasted to this day even if they're completely unused being of such poor quality. But maybe they're nostalgic to some.
