@luckytran Too bad that there are some diseases that vaccines seem to produce lifetime immunity for, and others (influenza and COVID) where they are much less effective. I still get flu shots and covid boosters on a regular basis but I wish they worked better.
@not2b @luckytran Different viruses are different. The influenza and covid mutate easily, which means it is hard to have a one off vaccine for because you have to basically teach the body what it looks like regularly.
@ariaflame @luckytran I know this, and what is surprising to me is that other viruses aren't as good at mutating to get around vaccines.
