One of the projects I'm involved in is about treating chronic pain (I do computer stuff).

If you suffer from this, please consider filling in the UK national pain survey.

The survey’s target audience is anyone 18 or over, living in the UK and living with chronic pain over the last 12 months (chronic pain being defined as pain which has persisted for at least 3 months).

Glad to contribute, but found question 41 impossible to answer meaningfully. More of a short term memory test than a meaningful question. It ended up feeling like a CAPTCHA puzzle to submit the form.
