@Seedoubleya I've found knauf earthwool to be not so bad, mammoth plastic stuff not at all itchy and wool-based stuff wonderful but expensive.
I'm with you on the painting though. I hate it!

@Niall in fairness this stuff isn’t as bad as pink batts. I was hoping for something a little gentler on my body but sometimes you get what you can get.
